Crud-y-Barcud is a welcoming cottage attached to the owner's farmhouse, on a working livestock farm, 1.5 miles from the small village of Pumsaint and 8 miles from Lampeter. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Crud-y-Barcud is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers in this most delightful area of Wales.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage has narrow stairs. Note: Low beam in double bedroom, and two steps into twin room. Note: The owner keeps dogs in the farm yard. Note: Cottage on working farm, some related noise and traffic will be experienced. |
